Quality Policy of Design-Print Ukraine LLC
Our full-cycle printing house has modern technical facilities and high personnel potential, which allows us to strengthen our position in the market for the production of printing products and ensure the high appreciation of our customers as a reliable manufacturer.
During production, we achieve guaranteed indicators of product quality that meet the expectations of customers, society and the interests of the business, and strive to constantly improve our indicators of compliance with the requirements of our customers.
This Policy supports the strategic direction of the Enterprise and is consistent with its strategic objectives and context.
Key Principles of Quality Policy
- Compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Enterprise with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 in integration with the general management system of the organization, by fulfilling all applicable requirements.
Continuous improvement of the QMS, including:
continuous improvement of the quality of our products and services, development and expansion of the product range in accordance with the wishes of the Customer, including through active interaction with suppliers and consumers;
continuous improvement of the enterprise management using the best world practices based on the assessment of key performance indicators and risk assessment;
mastering new and improving existing management methods aimed at increasing labor productivity;
continuous improvement of professional level and staff motivation;
creating an atmosphere of trust and support for open relationships for maximum participation of employees in the QMS processes;
systematic analysis, assessment and actions to improve the effectiveness of the QMS.The top management of the Enterprise is the leader and guarantor of compliance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015, the requirements of the Customer and legislative requirements.
In order to fulfill these obligations, the management of the enterprise takes responsibility for the priority attention to quality issues, for the competence of employees responsible for the quality of products and services, for providing the enterprise with the necessary resources.
This Quality Policy provides the basis for setting quality objectives. The policy is communicated to employees, is binding. If necessary, the Policy is available to interested parties.
